Sr. Product Manager

As a Sr. Product Manager at MyFitnessPal, you’ll drive user acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention at scale. You’ll develop data-driven strategies to accelerate growth across our funnel, from first-time user onboarding through engagement and monetization.

What you’ll be doing:

• Distill complex problems into a roadmap prioritized to meet goals
• Design and run A/B tests and growth experiments to optimize conversion rates, user onboarding flows, and engagement features
• Leverage analytics, user research, market insights and industry best practices to identify growth opportunities and measure the impact of product initiatives
• Lead a growth-focused squad that includes engineering, design, data science, and marketing to deliver scalable solutions
• Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to create integrated growth strategies

Qualifications to be successful in this role:

• 4+ years experience as a PM or Senior PM, with a clear record of successful delivery and impact in collaboration with an engineering team
• Product management experience for a mobile digital consumer product at large scale
• Very strong critical thinking and analysis skills. Ability to take an ambiguous problem, use data-informed brainstorming, identify goals and clear metrics, and drive a team to deliver on those goals
• Excellent communication skills to ensure stakeholder alignment and define and share strategy
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders across marketing, engineering, and design
• Passion for helping millions of people achieve their health and fitness goals

The reasonably estimated salary for this role at MyFitnessPal ranges from $120,000 – $160,000. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
