About the Job 

We are seeking a Senior Operations Analyst to join our Analytics team, enabling physician leaders to make data driven decisions on financial, operational, and clinical opportunities. This person will be responsible for developing ad hoc and scalable analyses, reports, models, and presentations for independent owners of CardioOne practices and their operating teams. This role will also assist in the development and maintenance of corporate analytics and reporting dashboards. You will work remotely and report directly to the Head of Strategy and Operations. 

What you’ll do: 

  • Develop data-driven presentations for executives, incorporating insights and recommendations from financial and operational data. 
  • Build financial models and conduct analyses to evaluate the potential effects of changes in areas such as staffing, patient access, productivity, payer mix, clinical quality, workflows, risk adjustment, and revenue cycle management. 
  • Create, and maintain customized dashboards and reporting needs across the organization 
  • Apply systematic analytical techniques to distill key insights and present actionable recommendations to physicians and operational teams. 
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement solutions that increase the scalability and efficiency of the analytics team’s deliverables. 
  • Become the subject matter expert on operations metrics and reporting functions 

What you’ll need: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, finance, STEM, or related field or equivalent experience; graduate degree preferred 
  • 3+ years’ experience in consulting or healthcare analytics 
  • Experience in pulling data from EMRs, Athena experience preferred 
  • Experience using Excel to create financial models, visualizations, and consumable reports for end users 
  • Experience in creating client-ready deliverables and executive level presentations 
  • Extremely proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) 
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written 
  • Autonomous initiative-taker with an unwavering work ethic 
  • Ability to think critically, applying analytical frameworks to complex business problems to synthesize insights 
  • Experience analyzing financial statements 
  • Experience presenting results clearly and concisely 
  • Experience creating reports through BI tools, such as PowerBI 
  • Encompassing a “do what it takes” attitude

Remote: Colorado, Delaware, Florida, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Texas. 

Additional Information 

Full-time base salary range of $90,000-$100,000 plus medical, dental, and vision benefits.
