Fieldwire is looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to join our GTM (Go-To-Market/Growth) engineering team. We’re looking for a FE oriented engineer to build customer facing functionality using Angular. Customers will be interacting with your features when they are new to Fieldwire, the work this team does gets new craftsmen digitized, ensures smooth onboarding and prepares users for long-term success.

What you’ll be doing

Working to enable on-boarding, organic product growth and stickiness:

  • Implementing on-boarding, new user and product-led growth initiatives
  • Measuring effectiveness & iterating on ideas around application usage growth
  • Smoothing on-boarding flows
  • Collaborating with other FE engineers on improvements to the day-to-day development experience

The primary responsibilities for our next Senior Frontend Engineer will be to:

  • Write Angular FE code to support GTM/Growth features
  • Suggest best practices for UI development, product-led growth practices
  • Support Front-End features across the application
  • Support the main marketing website – fieldwire.com

At Fieldwire, we’re looking for our next Senior Frontend Engineer to have the following skills and experiences

  • 3-5 years of experience with a FE focus
  • Experience with building customer facing features
  • An analytical mindset, experience with product led growth

Compensation

The estimated pay ranges for this role are as follows: $170,000-$195,000.
