• Play a leadership role on the data science and analytics team.
  • Work directly with group product managers to initiate new projects, define roadmaps, and drive decisions.
  • Mentor and coach less experienced analysts on the team on analytical methods and soft skills.
  • Identify and uncover business questions and develop rational hypotheses around these questions.
  • Partner with direct managers in helping to strategize workflow and prioritization.
  • Support multiple, large product focus areas and act as a resource for less experienced analysts within assigned coverage.
  • Write research plans and explore data in clean and raw forms.
  • Utilize statistics to create clear visualizations and uncover insights.
  • Create compelling data stories and present them to technical and executive audiences. Support the product team through collaboration with product managers, product leaders, designers, and data and analytics engineers.
  • Define root cause analysis and forecast product metrics. Analyze products, customers, and business outcomes.
  • Uncover factors that drive process success through use of a growth toolkit, incorporating product activation, engagement, retention, and growth.
  • Support iterative cycles of build, measure, and learn. Design, interpret and support product experiments and A/B tests. Use strong communication skills (verbal and written) to educate partners on statistical validity including analytical models, machine learning, and experimentation results.
  • Build data pipelines and tables, define requirements for better data, improve data automation and analytics capabilities, and turn repetitive analyses into dashboards.
  • Telecommuting may be permitted from anywhere in the US.
  • Salary: $126,277 – $143,000 per year.
