We’re looking for a Sr. Copywriter to craft, test, and perfect copy that tells the Vanta story and prompts action, working closely with our PMM, Growth, and Brand Design teams to grow our brand and our business.


The Sr. Copywriter will join the Corporate Marketing team at Vanta, which owns all aspects of company communications, including internal and external comms, PR, AR, content, and organic social media. Reporting to the Head of Content, the Sr. Copywriter will develop copy that engages and converts audiences across a variety of marketing channels and work closely with our Brand Design team to produce creative assets that bring our campaigns, product launches, and events to life.


What you’ll do as a Sr. Copywriter at Vanta:

  • Create compelling copy for multiple audiences across web, email, paid social, OOH, and other channels.
  • Develop and execute creative concepts for integrated campaigns, product launches, and events in partnership with the Brand Design team.
  • Work closely with the Growth team to plan, write, and test copy for landing pages, ads, and email nurtures to move prospects through our funnel.
  • Collaborate with the PMM team to translate product messaging and technical information into customer-facing copy for web pages, video scripts, launch assets, and more.
  • Become an expert in our voice and coach others on how to tailor copy for different audience segments.
  • Review, edit, and improve copy written by other marketers to ensure brand and messaging consistency.


How to be successful in this role:

  • You have 8+ years of experience in a copywriting role and a proven track record of crafting copy that drives marketing outcomes. Please include a link to sample projects in your application.
  • You’re a superb writer with a high quality bar who can tell a compelling story, explain complex ideas clearly, and persuade audiences to take action.
  • You put customers first and use both qualitative and quantitative data to inform your copywriting strategies.
  • You have extensive experience working cross-functionally with product marketers, channel owners, and designers on campaigns and experiments.
  • You’re process-driven and skilled at driving copy projects from concept to completion.
  • B2B SaaS experience is a plus.

We set standard base pay ranges for all roles based on function, level, and country location, benchmarked against similar-stage growth companies. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate location, skills, depth of work experience, and relevant licenses/credentials, and may vary from the amounts listed below. The salary or OTE range for this position is $193,000 – $227,000. This role may also be eligible for commissions/bonus, equity, medical benefits, 401(k) plan, and other company perk programs.
