As a Senior Business Operations Manager at Jasper you will drive company-wide strategy and execution, leveraging data to define key metrics and insights, and leading critical cross-functional projects.
This fully remote role reports to the VP of Finance & Business Operations and is open to candidates located anywhere in the continental US.
What you will do at Jasper
- Strategy & Execution: Lead company-wide strategy development, planning (annual/quarterly), target setting (OKRs), and drive execution through structured problem-solving and data-driven business cases.
- Metrics & Insights: Define and refine key business metrics, develop performance dashboards (ARR, retention, adoption), provide data-driven insights, and align departmental KPIs with overall strategy.
- Operating Rhythm: Manage company operating cadences (reviews, off-sites, board prep) including agendas, cross-functional coordination, and action item follow-up; establish scalable processes for goals, reviews, and accountability.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Drive high-impact cross-functional projects (e.g., new products, markets, onboarding, partnerships) by coordinating teams, timelines, impact analysis, and accountability.
- Executive Support: Serve as a strategic thought partner to executives, providing ad-hoc analysis, modeling, and data-driven recommendations for key decisions; prepare executive and board presentations.
- Organizational Effectiveness: Identify and address operational pain points and process gaps to improve efficiency and growth through data-informed solutions and a culture of continuous improvement.
- Communication & Alignment: Ensure effective communication of insights and decisions across the organization, break down silos, and foster alignment on company priorities and goals.
What you will bring to Jasper
- 8+ years in strategy/operations at high-growth tech, delivering end-to-end solutions.
- Strong problem-solving, data analysis (Excel/SQL/BI), and metric-driven.
- Proven ability to execute complex projects cross-functionally.
- Excellent written/verbal skills, experienced in presenting to executives and influencing stakeholder on high-impact initiatives.
- Strong interpersonal skills, effective across diverse teams (product, engineering, sales).
- Familiar with B2B SaaS metrics; AI/ML/enterprise software a plus.
- Thrives in fast-paced environments with a high-ownership attitude.
Compensation Range
At Jasper, we believe in pay transparency and are committed to providing our employees and candidates with access to information about our compensation practices. The expected base salary range offered for this role is $175,000 – $207,000. Compensation may vary based on relevant experience, skills, competencies, and certifications.
