We’re looking for a Senior Brand Designer to join the team focused on campaigns, promotional content, and events to create high-impact and visually powerful work. You’ll report to the Senior Manager, Brand Design and work alongside copywriters, web designers, animators, marketing, and product. We are seeking a talented and experienced designer who thrives in a fast paced environment. As a member of our Creative team you’ll work collaboratively to define, scale and shape a world-class brand. - The cash compensation for this role is tailored to align with the cost of labor in different geographic markets. We’ve structured the base pay ranges for this role into zones for our geographic markets, and the specific base pay within the range will be determined by the candidate’s geographic location, job-related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills.

As a Senior Brand Designer, you’ll …
- Create concept and design for brand and product campaigns, marketing materials, and in-person activations
- Develop illustrations and branded imagery that expand on the Webflow brand
- Collaborate with the marketing team to translate marketing objectives into compelling deliverables that align with our brand guidelines and deliver on our shared goals
- Work closely with the creative team to expand and maintain our brand guidelines and visual identity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across marketing and product, to ensure brand alignment across all channels
- Oversee multiple brand design projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively and meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proactively communicate project updates to Manager, Project Managers, teammates and designated cross functional partners
- Give and solicit creative feedback from peers, practicing kindness and professionalism
- Present multiple design options to problems and effectively communicate design rationale
- Leverage performance data to inform and improve your designs
In addition to the responsibilities outlined above, at Webflow we will support you in identifying where your interests and development opportunities lie and we’ll help you incorporate them into your role.
About you:
- Have 4+ years in brand design with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in campaigns, brand development and familiarity with web design best practices
- Have experience working in-house at a tech company and/or agency side
- Are proficient using design tools, such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite and have familiarly with Webflow
- Know how to creatively concept and experiment, but also how and when to think in systems and templatize recurring work for consistency and efficiency
- Proactively seek out scalable solutions that solve common pain points related to craft, communication, organization, documentation, or team output
- Care deeply about the details and have an extremely strong sense of design sensibilities, from high-level strategic direction through to production nuances
- Have an understanding of when to move quickly and when to go the extra mile
- Can independently own and execute on projects from project brief to delivery
- Have excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions, navigate feedback, and build alignment when working with multiple stakeholders
- Have strong organizational skills and manage multiple deadlines
- Work well within ambiguous and dynamic environments
- Familiar with Asana, Slack, and Airtable (as a bonus)
- Are genuinely excited and motivated by Webflow’s mission
