What We’re Looking For:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Account Manager that has successfully managed a large enterprise book of business. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building relationships across their entire book of business in order to drive growth, retention and expansion.
What you’ll do:
- Create and execute a retention and cross-sell strategy within your entire book of business.
- Build strong relationships on all levels of each account.
- Build awareness of Sift’s product suite and help build proactive business solutions that will solve customer problems urgently.
- Work through and negotiate commercial and financial deals, including renewals.
- Cultivate comfort with a technical, data-oriented product; know what an API is and how machine learning works.
What would make you a strong fit:
- 8+ years of enterprise account management experience.
- You’ve managed a sales quota, and hit it!
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Display prior success in a customer-facing role at a technology company working with strategic customers.
- Cultivate comfort with a technical, data-oriented product; you know what an API is and the difference between HTML and JavaScript.
- Demonstrate outstanding communication skills and solid business judgment.
- Work well with a team of experts; navigating across roles and audiences (technical and business, internal and external); experience working and being successful in a remote role.
- Display a strong desire to learn and problem-solve.
- Be creative, coachable, collaborative, detail-oriented, goal-driven, thoughtful, and resourceful.
