The Sales Operations Specialist will be the sales team’s business partner, supporting the people, processes, and tools to increase sales productivity and drive revenue growth. You will apply analytical and problem solving skills in the execution of streamlined sales processes. You will work to enhance the sales process, identify trends in data, refine operational models, and address challenges as they arise.
What your success will look like
- Support the sales organization through daily management of sales questions and issues through a ticketing system
- Participate in sales team meetings to reinforce processes and procedures to ensure quality data management of the CRM
- Own the sales technology stack by delivering training and reinforcing proper usage to drive sales efficacy
Who you are and what you bring
- Minimum of 3 years experience in business or sales operations
- Bring innovative ideas to the sales organization to promote revenue growth and sales success
- Deliver unmatched support to your “clients” in the sales organization (sales representatives, sales leaders and executive sales leadership)
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM
