Position: Revenue Strategy & Operations Associate
The Revenue Strategy & Operations Associate (RevOps Associate) will report to the VP of Finance and through cross functional relationships – own, maintain, and refine the analysis, design, and continuous improvement of the revenue process.
This role will coordinate with key stakeholders to ensure data integrity, process optimization, analytics refinements, marketing activities, and compensation strategy support overall team needs. What you’ll do
- Process Design: Own the end-to-end design and implementation of mid-level operational enhancements (e.g., new lead routing rules, territory assignments).
- Advanced Analysis: Proactively analyze key revenue metrics (pipeline conversion, sales velocity) to identify bottlenecks and present data-backed recommendations to leadership.
- Data Integrity: Ensure structural data hygiene measures are implemented to ensure the accuracy and completeness of records at scale.
- System Optimization: Manage requirements and resources to improve CRM automation (e.g., Salesforce improvements and integrations with third-party tools).
- Project Ownership & Project Management: Lead cross-functional projects related to process changes or system rollouts, including gathering requirements and managing timelines.
Who you are:
- Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Analyzes complex data, identifies patterns, and draws conclusions using traditional and AI tools; strong, solutions-oriented problem-solving.
- Technical Proficiency: Utilizes/programs AI for data analysis and process improvement. Experience with sales/revenue systems and BI tools is a plus.
- Communication, Leadership & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, clearly presenting complex information to diverse audiences. Builds relationships and collaborates effectively across all organizational levels.
- SaaS Acumen & Strategic Thinking: Deep understanding of SaaS Metrics and leveraging reporting for insights. Thinks strategically and contributes to the company’s financial strategy.
- Attention to Detail & Organizational Skills: High accuracy and detail in all work. Strong organizational and time management, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, STEM or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of progressive experience in management consulting, investment banking, or venture backed business operations experience (preferably in revenue or sales operations).
- Advanced proficiency in AI and software.
- Strong understanding of SaaS metrics.
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer without stipulations and be residents of the United States.
- Following the offer of employment, all roles will require a background check and a drug and alcohol test. Pay:
- Salary Range: $100,000 – $110,000 (salary only, no bonus)
