TeamSnap is looking for a talented Revenue Operations Analyst to lead forecasting, tracking, and reporting efforts for our B2B Advertising and B2B Sports Organization lines of business. This role is key in ensuring our company’s revenue strategies are aligned and effective, and will report directly to the Head of Revenue Operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and finance, to drive actionable insights and optimize revenue performance. This role is fully remote, offering a great opportunity to make a significant impact on our business.
Key Responsibilities
Forecasting & Planning:
– Develop and maintain accurate revenue forecasts for B2B Advertising and B2B Sports Organization lines of business.
– Analyze historical data and market trends to create reliable and actionable forecasting models.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to ensure forecasts align with company objectives.
Key Driver Tracking & Analysis:
– Identify, track, and analyze key revenue drivers across both lines of business.
– Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the health of the business and uncover opportunities for growth.
– Provide insights into the effectiveness of revenue strategies and recommend adjustments based on data analysis.
– Reporting & Dashboard Management:
– Create and maintain dashboards that provide real-time visibility into revenue performance for key stakeholders.
– Deliver regular reports and presentations to executive leadership, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities.
– Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all reporting platforms.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
– Partner with sales, marketing, finance, and product teams to ensure alignment on revenue goals and initiatives.
– Support the sales team with data-driven insights to optimize pipeline management and close rates.
Work closely with the marketing team to assess the impact of campaigns on revenue performance.
Continuous Improvement:
– Refine and improve forecasting methodologies and key driver tracking processes.
– Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive.
– Proactively identify areas for process optimization and implement solutions to increase efficiency.
Requirements
– 3-5 years of experience in a revenue operations, financial analysis, or similar role within a B2B environment.
– Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
– Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
– Proficiency in forecasting tools and software (e.g., Excel, CRM systems, BI tools).
– Experience working with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
– Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present data in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders at all levels.
– Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
– Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
– Experience in the B2B advertising or sports organization industries is highly desirable.

Compensation
We’re committed to equitable compensation for all TeamSnappers. The minimum starting point for this role is $83,250 inclusive of base and bonus, with comp updated based on multiple factors. Our comp is highly competitive in our space and we adjust overall comp based on relevant experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location.
