We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Talent Onboarding Specialist to join our PeopleOps team. The ideal candidate will excel at helping teammates successfully move from offer acceptance to full integration onto the Transcend team. You’ll coordinate all onboarding logistics, deliver orientation sessions, and be the primary point of contact to support new hires in adapting quickly and successfully.

What You’ll Do:

  • Design, lead and execute a structured, welcoming onboarding experience.
  • Manage onboarding schedules, sessions, and resource allocation for new teammates.
  • Lead orientation sessions to introduce company values, tools, and processes.
  • Serve as the go-to resource for new hires, addressing questions and ensuring strong empowerment and onboarding.
  • Lead the documentation of the onboarding playbook and gather feedback to continuously improve the onboarding program.

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience and proven track record in HR, employee onboarding, or or talent experience, preferably within the technology domain.
  • Demonstrated success integrating new teammates into company culture and work processes.
  • Strong understanding of employee experience and the technology industry.
  • Proficiency in using Rippling, Google Suite, Notion and Apple.
  • Excellent organizational, project management, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive and detail-oriented, ensuring every part of the onboarding journey is smooth and well-prepared.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time-management skills.

    The pay range for this role is:

    $50 – $60 per hour (Remote – Contract – United States)
