Pair Team is on a mission to improve the wellbeing of underserved communities by connecting them to high-quality care.

Pair Team cares for the highest-need Medicaid recipients through a community-led model. We build local partnerships with shelters, food pantries, and other community-based organizations to turn them into a site of care. As a support system for the community, we provide wraparound clinical services, up-skill CBO staff to become Community Health Workers, and utilize our proprietary data-driven technology platform, Arc, for care coordination. Through Medicaid MCOs, we provide healthcare for hard-to-reach, high-need individuals, while sharing healthcare dollars with community groups to expand their social support programs.

About the Opportunity

As the Recruiting Coordinator at Pair Team, your role is pivotal in not only supporting the end-to-end recruitment process but also actively contributing to sourcing strategies. This role entails owning candidate scheduling, managing scheduling communications, and addressing additional needs to support high-volume recruiting efforts, all while working closely with Corporate and Clinical Operations Recruiters. A significant part of your responsibility will be to support sourcing efforts, identifying potential candidates, and engaging them in the initial stages of the recruitment process. This fully remote position reports to the Sr. Manager of People, and offers an opportunity to significantly impact our sourcing and recruitment strategies.


What You’ll Do
  • Coordinate and schedule candidates interviews, including but not limited to 1:1, Panel, and Executive interviews
  • Attend all Intake, Kickoff, and Debrief meetings to ensure alignment with scheduling and interviewing needs
  • Build strong partnerships with recruiters, the business they support and their candidates to drive an efficient process for providing the best candidate experience
  • Create job postings in Greenhouse and external job boards as needed
  • Support the candidate application migration from external sources into Greenhouse
  • Provide excellent customer service to candidates; supporting them with scheduling needs or other questions easy to address via email
  • Drive the SIM review process by monitoring deadlines to ensure timely submissions, communicating delays, and collaborating with internal partners to ensure feedback is received in a timely manner and candidates progress forward quickly
  • Support top-of-funnel needs by sourcing and recruiting clinical talent
  • Maintain our applicant tracking system’s integrity and log all appropriate information into the system to help track candidate progress from initial contact to offer
  • Work closely with the recruiting team and hiring managers to understand open roles and help properly move candidates through the process
  • Champion Greenhouse, our applicant tracking system, and other organizational Recruiting products to ensure they are up-to-date and we’re capitalizing on all the features they can offer us
  • Identify challenges and implement change to improve our workflow and manage partnership expectations
  • Monitor and ensure references are completed in a timely manner
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication, scheduling interviews, and facilitating the recruiting process
  • Assist recruiting team with ongoing projects and ad-hoc needs as they arise

What You’ll Need
  • 3+ years of experience in a recruiting coordination role of driving end-to-end recruiting processes and sourcing, or similar coordination type role
  • At least 1 year of experience in high-volume recruiting
  • Experience working with, including driving communication and coordinator, of candidates and/or external stakeholders
  • Proven experience working with tech systems including but not limited to ATS, preferably Greenhouse
  • Excellent proactive communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A strong sense of urgency with the ability to align candidates to business timelines and goals
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking and prioritizing
  • An ownership mindset – own driving results for the mission, business, and candidate experience
  • Strong collaboration skills with thought partners in Recruiting, Onboarding, People/HR, and Operations.
  • Strong desire to work in a startup environment that is fast paced and constantly evolving
  • Flexibility with working hours to drive candidate process
  • Passion for helping individuals experiencing complex chronic needs such as homelessness, severe mental illness, and substance use disorder
