The Enterprise Project/Program Management Consultant I is accountable for leading most aspects of multiple low complexity projects or programs under the mentorship of a more senior project/program manager. This includes providing business knowledge, technical support, test planning and test scenario execution to successfully implement system changes. The projects or programs the employee manages have a low level of risk, organizational span, business complexity, team size, and interdependencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Assesses and reports health of all projects or programs objectively, providing project transparency and accurate status updates.
- Prepares test plans and executes scenarios for functional and regression testing, approves project implementation and verifies production output.
- Works with business and developers to ensure a common, consistent product for all states and lines of business for internal and external system customers.
- Documents requirements and software defects and work with business users, business analysts and developers to ensure a quality product.
- Reviews and researches production problems; determines impact of issues on the business units, develops alternative work processes until issues are resolved.
- Provides direction and oversight throughout project lifecycle to meet business requirements.
- Proactively identifies, resolves, and escalates (as needed) projects or program risks/issues.
- Achieves desired business results by thoroughly understanding business objectives.
- Plan and implement most aspects of projects or programs.
Education
- 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred).
Experience
- 2 or more years of experience (Preferred).
Supervisory Responsibilities
- This job does not have supervisory duties.

Compensation
Base compensation offered for this role is $50,400.00 – $75,000.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
