The Customer Experience organization plays a key role in Domino’s continued growth as a startup and ensuring we help our customers achieve their data science goals.

As a program manager for our AI Hub, you’ll be responsible for delivering project templates that highlight Domino features and help our customers immediately realize value from the Domino platform. As program manager, you’ll define and own the entire lifecycle for project templates, from starting a content steering committee, prioritizing topics for development, building an implementation and maintenance plan, and working with marketing and partners on a communication plan.

What your impact will be

  • Define and implement a process for intake and maintenance of AI Hub project templates from idea generation, creation in GitHub, through implementation and maintenance in the Domino Platform
  • Establish governance processes to ensure the quality and relevance of content on the AI Hub over time
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success and impact of the AI Hub, such as usage metrics, user satisfaction scores, and the number of successful projects leveraging the templates
  • Enable internal teams and partners about project submissions and go-forward maintenance
  • Establish a content review board to prioritize content development and create marketing/comms plans for awareness

The annual US base salary range for this role is listed below. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings (“OTE”) range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and location. Additional benefits for this role may include: equity, company bonus or sales commissions/bonuses; 401(k) plan; medical, dental, and vision benefits; and wellness stipends.
