The Program Manager, Operations is responsible for overseeing the Coldwell Banker national Referral Rewards program, in addition to supporting both recurring and ad-hoc initiatives. This position acts as the primary contact for Referral Rewards submissions from agents and Broker/Owners across more than 240 affiliates. We are looking for an individual who is highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of effectively prioritizing multiple tasks. The ideal candidate will possess a demonstrated ability to solve problems creatively and excel in collaborating and communicating with cross-functional teams. This role reports directly to the Director of Affiliate Operations.
This role is 100% remote. The Ideal candidate will reside in the Eastern time zone; however, we will consider candidates in other locations.
RESPONSIBLITES:
Referral Rewards Management
Manage daily referral rewards submissions and process eligibility for over 240 nationwide brand affiliates.
Work closely with brokers and recruiters on referral submissions, assuring submissions are processed appropriately and in a timely manner. Serve as the first-line resource for referral status updates and process questions.
Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional materials for the program.
Recurring & Ad-Hoc Operational Support:
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely planning and execution of operational initiatives.
Identify communication needs and help create promotional materials.
Collaborate with involved departments, including Communications, Field Services, Marketing, and Sales, to ensure smooth rollouts and integrations.
Assist with program or product rollouts to affiliates
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Customer Service or relevant work experience.
Demonstrated ability to manage a project from start to finish with varying degrees of complexity.
Ability to work independently while effectively communicating and collaborating with cross-functional groups.
Strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
Ability to work well under various time-sensitive situations.
Tech-Savvy with proficiency in Canva, PowerPoint, Excel, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite preferred
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven with ability to solve problems creatively while prioritizing multiple tasks.
