We are seeking a highly analytical and innovative Process Application and Automation Specialist to enhance operational efficiency, support applications, drive automation and provide data-driven insights within our healthcare organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, implementing automation solutions and managing data analytics to optimize performance and service delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks in workflows; recommending and implementing process enhancements.
- Utilize Lean, Six Sigma and other process improvement methodologies to drive continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, SOPs and best practices.
- Provide technical and functional support for healthcare applications; ensuring system stability and user satisfaction.
- Troubleshoot application issues, working closely with IT and vendors to resolve problems.
- Assist in system upgrades, enhancements and user training to maximize application effectiveness.
- Identify opportunities for automation to improve efficiency and reduce manual efforts.
- Implement robotic process automation (RPA) tools, scripting and other technologies to enhance operations.
- Collaborate with IT and development teams to integrate automation solutions within existing systems.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports and analytics to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, insights and areas for operational improvement.
- Support leadership with data-driven decision-making and strategic planning.
Qualifications:
- Ability to interface with product/IT team to plan, manage and drive detailed operational requirements for new systems integrations; strong operational working knowledge of contact center platforms and integration with CRM.
- Proficiency in process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, etc.).
- Strong understanding of healthcare technology platforms, CRM systems and automation tools.
- Experience with data analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau or SQL.
- Knowledge of automation technologies such as RPA, scripting or AI-driven automation.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across departments.
- Knowledge of HIPAA, compliance standards and healthcare regulatory requirements is a plus.
$70,000 – $85,000 a year
