By partnering closely with Product, Sales and Finance teams, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities for revenue growth, conducting market research, defining and executing global pricing models and frameworks. Additionally, you will develop strategies that meet specific regional and local market demands and work together with cross-functional teams to execute and bring changes to market. Responsibilities
- Defining and developing global and regional monetization strategies based on product objectives and market trends to increase product penetration and simplify sales motion.
- Identifying monetization models for evolving products and services by developing an empirically grounded view of our opportunity from a market and customer perspective.
- Leading quantitative research initiatives including pricing analysis, customer value studies, conjoint analysis, and value perception interviews to develop evidence-based recommendations on pricing strategy, models, implementation, revenue optimization, subscription and usage-based frameworks.
- Managing end to end monetization process including data gathering, price modeling, profitability analysis, benchmarking and the implementation process.
- Defining, tracking and measuring pricing KPIs, defining actionable decision insights on pricing performance, implement a continuous pricing optimization plan and drive this process.
- Analyzing and recommending monetization approaches for strategic partnership deals to drive continued business growth.
What we’re looking for
- 5+ years of experience in pricing and monetization strategies. Experience in UCaaS or Voice communication businesses, or alternatively, in Management Consulting with a focus on UCaaS.
- Have data, analytical, and market research skills coupled with the ability to effectively articulate insights and recommend actions.
- Have experience operating in an ambiguous environment and driving adoption of new and emerging products.
- Have consistent track record of collaborating with and influencing cross-functional teams to deliver impact.
- Have proven focus on driving results and demonstrated bias for action with strengths in problem solving and attention to detail.
- Have leadership and communication skills – written and verbal. Comfortable in business and technical discussions.
- Have experience in SQL, Tableau, Excel and visualization tools such as Powerpoint.
- Have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics or Economics.
