We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Superstar to join our dynamic Marketing Operations team. The Marketing Operations team plays a critical role in the design and execution phase of Airtable’s go-to-market motion. In this role, you will be the key driver in ensuring the seamless execution of our marketing campaigns, lead operations and sales handoff motions. The ideal candidate will have a bias for action, a passion for process optimization, and a proven ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.

What you’ll do

  • Campaign Operations:
    • Lead the end-to-end execution of marketing campaign operations, ensuring timely delivery and flawless execution with cross functional stakeholders
    • Manage technical infrastructure and data flows between Marketo and other related systems (e.g. Big Marker, Splash, event systems, etc) to ensure seamless experiences and data integrity
    • Assess new business requirements and translate them into process updates or redesigns, driving effective change management to ensure smooth adoption across teams.
    • Create and manage and execute on compliant, efficient list import processes to support targeted campaign execution
    • Develop training materials and documentation to empower marketers with self-serve campaign capabilities
    • Ensure Sales Handoff is standardized, documented, and consistently followed across teams.
  • Lead Operations:
    • Monitor and manage lead flow processes, ensuring accurate data capture and seamless integration with sales systems.
    • Investigate anomalies in lead data, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to maintain data integrity.
    • Develop and maintain documentation for lead management processes and best practices.
  • Process Optimization & Change Management:
    • Assess existing marketing operations workflows, identify areas for improvement, and implement scalable solutions.
    • Lead change management initiatives to adopt new tools, processes, or methodologies, ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing activities.
    • Train and support team members on updated processes and tools to foster adoption and efficiency.

Who you are

  • 5+ years in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, CX Operations or Sales Operations (Ideally at a B2B SaaS company).
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo) and CRM systems (Salesforce).
  • Working knowledge of Sales and Marketing systems (e.g. Big Marker, Splash, Contentful, LeanData, Clearbit, Outreach, Hightouch etc) strongly preferred.
  • You have a proven track record of leveraging analytics to improve sales and marketing effectiveness.
  • You demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving with a strong bias for action, addressing challenges quickly and driving initiatives forward with minimal oversight
  • You’re able to independently manage projects and contribute to team goals while maintaining detailed documentation and adhering to internal project management methodologies.
  • You build trust across organizational boundaries and drive alignment effectively
  • You have a deep understanding of sales and marketing funnels.
