The job involves working as part of a small team of lifecycle marketers to drive leads through the revenue funnel. Responsibilities include managing customer lifecycle stages, creating strategic initiatives for email and SDR campaigns, executing and refining marketing programs, and using multi-channel engagement to enhance customer lifetime value. The role also involves campaign execution, monitoring customer experience, and evaluating campaign success using analytics.
🚀 What you’ll do
- Work as part of a small team of lifecycle marketers in delivering leads and customers to calls-to-action through the revenue funnel.
- Understand and own customer lifecycle stages and create strategic initiatives for each stage of the customer journey focusing on the top and middle of the funnel
- Create and refine effective programs utilizing customer data and aggressive testing, and develop a strategy with a mix of triggered, targeted and broader promotional to keep clients informed, involved, and satisfied throughout their lifecycle.
- Work side-by-side with our sales development team (SDRs) to develop effective communication cadences across different channels.
- Manage execution of campaigns including segmentation activities, creative and tactical brief creation, data personalization and marketing automation execution
- Constantly maintain current documented customer experiences and monitor the overall customer experience and utilize marketing communication strategies to optimize
- Understand the overall customer experience and utilize marketing communication strategies to optimize specific areas
- Evaluate success of campaigns and customer experience using smart reporting and analytics tools
- Maintain positive and productive relationships with other marketing, sales and product stakeholders
🚀 What you’ll bring
- 3-7 years experience in customer, database or lifecycle marketing.
- Detail-oriented and organized, able to project management their initiatives and meet deadlines.
- Solid writing and communication skills.
- Understanding of creation and execution of campaigns and programs in these channels: Email, Online Product, Landing Pages.
- Strong communication skills without a fear of over communication. This role will require effective collaboration and cross-functional coordination across internal contributors.
- Experience using marketing and sales systems – Hubspot, Salesforce, or Salesloft is a plus.
