What you’ll do

As our Lead, Talent Acquisition Operations, you’ll manage a team of Coordinators and play a pivotal role in how we engage and integrate top talent into our company by:

  • Leading, coaching, and developing a dynamic team of full-time and contract TA Ops Coordinators, empowering them to excel in interview scheduling across our diverse global teams and departments
  • Providing hands-on support to the team and occasionally stepping in to schedule interviews as needed by the business.
  • Drive initiatives to leverage automation in the interview process to ease scheduling, improve efficiency, and influence how we’ll use AI to evolve the Talent Acquisition function.
  • Act as the dedicated advocate for an outstanding candidate experience, meticulously managing the process from interview coordination through pre-boarding and ensuring a smooth welcome for all new hires, including our contract workforce.
  • Collaborate strategically with our Talent Acquisition Enablement team members to develop custom, scalable solutions that elevate Talent Acquisition effectiveness and impact.

Qualifications

These are the minimum qualifications for this role:

  • 2+ years of experience in a high-volume scheduling role across multiple, global business units (e.g. Sales, Engineering, Marketing, etc)
  • 2+ years of experience with ATS platforms, with at least 1 year using Greenhouse
  • 1+ year of experience assisting with Talent Acquisition Operations projects (i.e. vendor evaluations, maintaining data & reporting routines, etc).
  • 1+ year of experience collaborating cross-functionally with onboarding stakeholders to manage the candidate transition to employee

Preferred qualifications for this role include:

  • Experience within the tech/SaaS industry
  • Exposure to informal mentoring relationships
  • Experience utilizing generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) or other technology to streamline administrative tasks and communications

 

How you’ll grow

Within 1 month, you’ll plant your roots, including:

  • Complete Sprout’s New Hire training program alongside other new Sprout team members. You’ll gain a broader understanding of our product and how your role fits into the organization.
  • Learn our recruiting tools and global hiring processes through hands-on training and shadowing from the Talent Acquisition Operations team.
  • Partner with your manager to define key success metrics for your role and how you will measure against them.
  • Conduct initial 1:1s with your direct reports to understand each individual’s current challenges and areas of opportunity.

Within 3 months, you’ll start hitting your stride by:

  • Developing a clear understanding of the strategies and actions required to efficiently advance candidates through our high-volume hiring environment.
  • Collaborating strategically with the Talent Acquisition Enablement team members to begin refining workflows and implementing best practices that scale with our growth
  • Fostering a team environment that encourages open communication, collective innovation, and a strong sense of belonging.

Within 6 months, you’ll be making a clear impact through:

  • Driving initiatives to leverage AI and automation in the interview process to ease scheduling and improve efficiency
  • Leading new hire pre-boarding efficiency by partnering with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and alleviate coordinators’ workload.
  • Establishing robust reporting mechanisms to monitor the success of the coordination team and demonstrate the tangible benefits of operational enhancements.

Within 12 months, you’ll make this role your own by:

  • Seamlessly integrating yourself as subject matter expert on the People Team, becoming a trusted resource with a profound understanding of Talent Acquisition’s evolving needs.
  • Successfully implementing technology-driven solutions that transform how we hire.

Of course what is outlined above is the ideal timeline, but things may shift based on business needs and other projects and tasks could be added at the discretion of your manager.

Whenever possible, Sprout wants to provide our team with the flexibility to work in the location that makes the most sense for them. Sprout maintains a remote workforce in many places in the United States. However, we are not set up in all states, so please look at the drop-down box in our application to see whether your state is listed. Few roles require an office setting. If your position requires a physical presence in a Sprout office, it will be evident in the job listing and your offer letter.

Individual base pay is based on various factors, including work location, relevant experience and skills, the responsibility of the role, and job duties/requirements. In the United States, we have two geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires are:

  • Zone 1 (New York, California, Washington): $106,500 (min), $118,600 (mid), $130,700 (max) USD annually
  • Zone 2 (All other US states): $96,800 (min), $108,900 (mid), $121,000 (max) USD annually
