This hybrid role is ideal for someone eager to grow their skills in both software quality and infrastructure management. You will collaborate closely with our engineering, product, and DevOps teams to ensure that our applications are both reliable and performant across all environments.
You Will
- Testing & Automation:
- Collaborate with senior engineers to design and maintain automated test frameworks for web (React), mobile (iOS/Android), and backend (Node.js/Java) systems.
- Develop and scale API tests integrated into CI/CD pipelines.
- Execute end-to-end tests for workflows across microservices, data pipelines, and cloud environments.
- Support the testing strategy for AI/ML models, ensuring reliability and performance.
- DevOps & Infrastructure:
- Assist with managing and maintaining cloud infrastructure (primarily AWS) and automated deployment pipelines.
- Contribute to the automation of file transfer workflows, reducing manual intervention and improving efficiency.
- Help monitor system alerts and troubleshoot issues related to system performance, connectivity, and security.
- Assist in maintaining security protocols for infrastructure, including managing credentials and access controls.
You are
- Detail-Oriented: You break down complex systems into testable components and are careful with managing infrastructure details.
- Collaborative: You enjoy working with cross-functional teams and communicating effectively with internal and external partners.
- Adaptable: You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and are excited to learn and grow in both testing and DevOps.
- Security-Minded: You understand the importance of securing infrastructure and testing processes.
You have
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Basic experience with software development and testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, Cypress, etc.).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS) and DevOps tools (e.g., Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes).
- Basic experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash, JavaScript).
- Some exposure to CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation (Terraform, Ansible, etc.).
Nice to Have:
- Experience working with REST APIs and microservice architecture.
- Understanding of cryptographic algorithms and security best practices in DevOps.
- Knowledge of data validation techniques and working with cloud-based data tools (e.g., SQL, ETL).
