The staff IT auditor role has the responsibility for supporting planning, execution and reporting on IT and operational audit projects. This role involves performing design and effectiveness testing of operational and IT controls to identify and communicate potential risks that may require control enhancements or risk mitigation efforts. The auditor will work as part of a team in a collaborative environment to support the completion of audit engagements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for executing assigned audits with support from senior audit members to complete the audit plan
  • Assist in risk assessing business processes, applications, and systems to determine scope of testing
  • Perform design and effectiveness testing of controls including reviewing and analyzing evidence and ensuring appropriate conclusions are reached
  • Partner with management during issue remediation efforts to ensure conditions for closure have been satisfied
  • Contribute to department initiatives to improve Internal Audit processes

Education

  • 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)

Experience

  • 0-2 years experience (Preferred)

Supervisory Responsibilities

  • This job does not have supervisory duties.

Education & Experience (in lieu)

  • In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Compensation

Compensation offered for this role is $45,600.00 – 78,337.50 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
