The Role
We are seeking a strategic, analytical, and collaborative Industry Strategist to support the development and execution of cross-segment industry strategies. Reporting to the Director of Industry Strategy, this role will help shape our go-to-market approach, deepen our industry insights, and drive alignment across commercial teams. The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and commercial operations, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.

- Industry Insight & Analysis
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks across key industries.
- Develop industry-specific insights to inform strategic planning and commercial decision-making.
- Strategic Planning & Execution
- Support the development of multi-year industry strategies aligned with enterprise goals.
- Collaborate with commercial, marketing, and product teams to ensure strategic alignment and execution.
- Cross-Segment Collaboration
- Partner with segment leaders to tailor strategies that address unique customer needs while maintaining consistency across the enterprise.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices across segments and functions.
- Performance Monitoring
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of industry strategies.
- Provide regular updates and recommendations to senior leadership based on performance data and market shifts.
- Thought Leadership & Enablement
- Contribute to the development of industry narratives, customer-facing materials, and executive briefings.
- Support internal enablement efforts by equipping teams with relevant industry knowledge and tools.
- Industry Insight & Analysis
What We Look For in a Candidate
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 6+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, or industry-focused roles, ideally within a commercial or go-to-market context.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in a matrixed organization and leading cross-functional initiatives.
