The Executive Assistant (EA) will play a critical role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our CEO’s day-to-day activities. This position is designed for a seasoned professional who excels in a high-growth, fast-paced environment and is adept at managing complex schedules and strategic initiatives. Reporting directly to the CEO’s Chief of Staff (CoS), the EA will handle a variety of tasks ranging from administrative support to event management and coordination.

What You’ll Do

  • Proactively manage the CEO’s dynamic and fast-paced schedule, ensuring meetings are strategically prioritized and time is allocated for maximum impact.
  • Continuously triage the calendar to identify potential conflicts, resolve scheduling issues, and maintain alignment with shifting priorities.
  • Partner closely with the Chief of Staff to ensure the CEO is fully briefed and prepared for all internal and external meetings.
  • Serve as a key liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, facilitating clear and timely communication.
  • Coordinate complex domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries, agendas, and supporting documentation.
  • Collaborate with Sales teams to identify and schedule high-impact client meetings for the CEO across the U.S. and internationally.
    Work in partnership with the Chairman’s Executive Support Office to organize board meetings and manage communications with key stakeholders.
  • Track action items and ensure timely execution and follow-up on critical deliverables.
  • Align with Marketing and Events teams on CEO speaking engagements, ensuring all logistics and materials are in place.
  • Maintain and organize key documents and files for quick access and optimal efficiency.

What We Need

  • Minimum of 6-7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-suite executives, preferably in high-growth tech environments.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills; ability to handle multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
  • Comfortable working across multiple timezones.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with high emotional intelligence (EQ) to navigate sensitive personalities and complex dynamics.
  • Proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and Zoom.
  • Ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced, and constantly changing environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Flexibility to work hours that overlap with the CEO’s schedule, on occasions extending into the evenings and weekends.

$89,000 – $105,000 USD

Tier 2

$81,000 – $95,000 USD

Tier 3

$73,000 – $86,000 USD
