In this role you will partner and collaborate with Department Leaders, Director peers, DEI, People Business Partners, Legal, Payroll, and other teams as required, acting as a key stakeholder and influencer across People programs, processes and systems on behalf of individual contributors. Responsibilities:
● Provide strategic partnership and counsel to business leaders and individual contributors.
● Lead and support Airship culture through employee experience and engagement that enables everyone to do their greatest work.
● Recognize and capitalize on opportunities and address gaps to support our goals of hiring, engaging, developing, and retaining exceptional talent.
● Support leadership teams and employees through all people-processes including compensation, talent development, performance management, employee relations, change management, organizational design, etc.
● Handle sensitive employee relations issues and/or sensitive data issues requiring discretion partnering with legal, management and security as needed.
● Manage a global People Operations team.
Minimum Qualifications:
● 8+ years of comprehensive People Operations/HR leadership and/or Business Partner experience in a global environment (or like experience). Specific experience in any/all of the countries where we operate: US, Canada, France, Germany, United Kingdom, and India is desirable.
● Must have experience with all aspects of People Operations/ HR including compensation, recruitment, benefits, training, employee relations, and performance management.
● Successful, inclusive team/people management experience.
● Experience collaborating across the organization.
● Proven problem-solving capabilities, as well as the ability to make thoughtful decisions.
● Experience working with confidential information.
