Our Sales team is looking to add a Director of Sales to help us in selling the first platform that allows CISOs to measure, optimize, and communicate their security program. In short, we help our customers keep the bad guys out.

What you’ll do:

  • Become an expert in Blue Lava products and their place in the industry
  • Meet/exceed sales quota by creating and implementing strategic account plans targeting enterprise wide deployments of the Blue Lava Platform
  • Penetrate net new accounts as well as expand our presence with existing customers by introducing them to the growing portfolio of SaaS products
  • Document sales activity and customer feedback in salesforce.com CRM
  • Build relationships with and sell through channel partners
  • Collaborate with sales, customer support, marketing and product teams while leveraging internal Blue Lava teams, as needed, to position the combined solution to both new and existing customers

What you’ll need to be successful:

  • At least 5+ years of related experience in business development/account management/sales
  • Detail oriented and have a demonstrated track record of over-achieving quota
  • Deep understanding of enterprise business with a proven ability to navigate complicated organizations with many stakeholders
  • Self-starter that is used to selling in an emerging market
  • CISO and C-Level contacts with the ability to hold a conversation at an executive level
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and to radiate positivity even while under pressure
