Responsibilities: 

  • Seize the exciting opportunity to help grow the IT staffing division within the non-clinical team at Aya Healthcare, shaping its vision, strategy, and success
  • Actively engage in sales activities and client meetings as a hands-on sales leader
  • Build and lead a high-performing sales and account management team from scratch
  • As a segment of our non-clinical division, the IT staffing group will collaborate with the non-clinical division to enhance integrated service offerings and streamline operations, thereby strengthening our IT presence and capabilities
  • Proactively generate new IT staffing business by leveraging warm leads as well as generating new business through networking, cold calling, etc.
  • Provide mentorship, coaching, and development opportunities to foster the professional growth and success of team members
  • Utilize both traditional and creative methods to identify and connect with new contacts at current clients, aiming to upsell and maintain IT staffing services
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for the team, regularly monitor performance, and hold team members accountable for achieving targets and goals.
  • Continuously generate client leads through high-volume calls and emails
  • Cultivate and maintain valuable relationships with prospective clients
  • Ensure client satisfaction by proactively meeting their IT staffing needs with efficiency and responsiveness
  • Commit to continuous improvement and career advancement

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (direct industry experience can be substituted)
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in IT staffing is required
  • Minimum 3 years experience leading an IT Staffing business development team is required
  • Proven success in a metrics driven environment
  • At least 3 years as a top producer in an IT staffing position
  • Client centered mentality and passion for customer service
  • Ability to relate to a variety of people and sustain meaningful relationships
  • Strong motivation to achieve results and meet goals

Compensation: Aya reasonably anticipates the pay scale for this position to be $150,000 to $175,000 annually, plus incentive plan.
