We are seeking a leader that is passionate about consumer/patient centric creative based on both buyer and consumer insights. The Creative Director will provide creative leadership including copy and design direction to the in-house creative team and external agency partners / free-lancers. This position is responsible for connecting the creative approach to the business strategy. Working with creative teams, the Creative Director guides the concept creation and sets the creative direction. The Creative Director is responsible for supporting the marketing team along with his or her peers in the sales and customer experience teams to communicate the Omada brand and product value propositions, support sales efforts, creating workflow efficiencies, managing budgets and developing creative guidelines

The Creative Director must be able to convincingly present creative concepts to all parties. This person must exhibit outstanding creative judgment and guide the creative team in achieving the highest possible standards appropriate for all materials regardless of medium through hands-on coaching and mentoring. The Creative Director obtains a working knowledge of buyers and consumers challenges and leads innovative and conceptual solutions to address those challenges, getting personally involved on creative challenges.

About you:

  • You are a customer obsessed entrepreneur and work well in a rapidly changing environment with an ability to prioritize efforts that will improve the customer experience.
  • Troubleshooter, optimizer, always looking to improve, not shying away from disruptive approaches, and always defining success first.
  • Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of industry experience in Healthcare & Life Sciences, both agency and in-house teams developing customer centric creative.
  • 12+ years of experience in leading creative teams – design & copy across print and digital mediums including websites.
  • Deep experience building strong brands with differentiating creative in the market.
  • Breadth of a portfolio demonstrating experience in developing memorable creative that distills complex concepts for multiple audiences.
  • Intimate understanding of design, copy, and web best practice guidelines.
  • Strong understanding of brand development and multichannel marketing concepts.
  • Strong experience in leading and developing creative concepts & production creative.
  • Experience leading large volumes of creative production work.
  • Steady focus on getting the work done, on time and exceptional quality.
  • Highly organized and proficient at managing multiple projects at a time.
  • Ability to stay unflappable when pressures climb.

  • Serve on the marketing leads team responsible for talent development, marketing plan of record, performance reviews (QBRs), and culture and engagement.
  • Build a world-class brand leveraging the current strong foundation of the Omada brand in the marketplace.
  • Distill abstract business concepts along with buyer and consumer insights into refined, elegant creative solutions.
  • Develop and drive the creative vision and the standard of output across the creative team.
  • Create a scalable creative team to deliver on business needs across concepting to production leveraging in-house team and agencies/freelancers.
  • Partner with sales teams to create custom pitches that address customer’s needs.
  • Lead, inspire, hire, develop, and manage the creative team to deliver on goals and drive business results.
  • Ensure that all of the Omada creative output/visuals are consistent with the overall brand.
  • Lead multiple projects from conception to completion in accordance with deadlines.
  • Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.
  • Champion new, innovative ideas.
  • Responsible for organic and paid search.
  • Manages OmadaHealth.com website.
  • Leads strategy for website optimization.
