We are looking for a CRM Coordinator to help support and execute our complex and client-focused CRM program. This entry-level is ideal for someone eager to roll up their sleeves, support the team and learn the ins and outs of CRM marketing. You will work closely with all members of the CRM team (including Developers), and contribute to delivering campaigns that create an amazing experience for our customers while driving business impact.

  • Support execution of CRM campaigns across Email, Push, SMS.
  • Assist in the maintenance of existing Lifecycles and the creation of new ones.
  • Own campaign QA and daily campaign scheduling to ensure timely, accurate delivery.
  • Assist in weekly and monthly reporting, helping track performance and insights.
  • Shadow strategic ideation for Batch, Transactional, and Lifecycle campaigns.
  • Build relationships and collaborate with other teams across the organization, including Product, Engineering and Analytics.

Compensation and Benefits

This role will receive a competitive salary and benefits. The salary for US-based employees hired into this role will be aligned with the range below, which includes our three geographic areas. A variety of factors are considered when determining someone’s compensation–including a candidate’s professional background, experience, location, and performance. $56,600 – $75,500 USD
