The Campaign Operations Specialist role supports and executes integrated campaigns across the funnel. This role works with various marketing teams to support campaigns that generate net new names and move leads through the funnel and nurtures them once they convert to a trial and then to a customer. 

The Campaign Operations Specialist role is pivotal in supporting and executing integrated campaigns across the entire marketing funnel. This role involves close collaboration with various marketing teams to implement campaigns that generate new leads, move prospects through the funnel, and nurture them through each stage of their journey. From initial engagement to trial conversion and ultimately becoming a customer, this role ensures that each touchpoint is optimized for maximum impact. By leveraging data-driven insights and marketing automation tools, this role helps to build personalized and effective marketing campaigns that drive engagement, improve conversion rates, and contribute to overall business growth.

Please note: While this position is remote, we prefer candidates who can work EST hours to ensure alignment with business needs.

This role works closely with marketers by utilizing our Martech stack, like Marketo, SalesforceWistiaGoldCast and others to streamline marketing efforts and make them more effective.

 What are some of the exciting challenges you will be working on?

  • Ongoing campaign management: set-up, manage, and monitor ongoing campaigns within Marketo, including audience segmentation, email creation, in-product message creation, and data management. Report on performance on a weekly basis, using data to make decisions to optimize the experience for users. Ensure consistent experience across channels and email for optimal user experience.
  • User communication: Work with cross-functional teams to coordinate and execute the end-to-end process of webinar set-up to drive engagement through strong registration and attendance rates. Optimize operational set-up for seamless management and user experience.
  • Data analysis and reporting: analyze ad-hoc and ongoing campaign performance and provide actionable insights to optimize marketing campaigns and improve conversion rates. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to email performance.

What does it take to work at LastPass?

  • Experience in working in marketing operations, marketing automation, growth marketing, or lifecycle marketing 
  • Hands-on experience with MarTech tools, Maketo and Pendo experience preferred. Others include Pathfactory, Goldcast, Wistia. 
  • Understanding of CRM best practices, principles, strategies, and standard methodologies.
  • Strong analytical skills, proficient in data analysis and reporting, with an ability to extract actionable insights for your campaigns and to share with the team.
  • Strong communication and collaborative skills. 
  • Strong organizational abilities, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent project management skills, with an ability to prioritize and multitask in a rapidly changing environment.

It’s great, but not required:

  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS and basic web development concepts is a plus. 

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

$70,000 – $90,000 USD
