Location: While this position is posted in a specific location, all of Oyster’s positions are fully remote and you can work from home. Ideal candidates will be based in North America with the ability to regularly travel.

The Senior Partner Enablement Specialist will be a key member of the Oyster partnerships team. At Oyster, the partnerships team is responsible for sourcing and developing strategic partner relationships with complementary organizations to drive both revenue and corporate development opportunities. The Partner Enablement Specialist will take a lead role in engaging with and enabling our partners by facilitating virtual and onsite events. These will be a mix of planned and impromptu events that center around strengthening relationships with partner stakeholders and educating partner sales teams on Oyster’s products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute engaging partner enablement events (both virtual and onsite) in close collaboration with Oyster’s partner management team.
  • Deliver high-impact partner training sessions tailored to various stakeholder groups within partner organizations.
  • Cultivate deep, trusted relationships with partner sales and marketing teams to drive lead referrals, co-marketing opportunities, and joint success.
  • Represent Oyster at conferences, webinars, and partner-facing events to promote our brand and deepen strategic relationships.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on the global employment landscape, Oyster’s platform, competitive positioning, and partner value proposition.
  • Directly manage select partner relationships, nurturing them into long-term strategic alliances.
  • Serve as a feedback loop to internal teams on partner needs, competitive intelligence, and enablement gaps.

 

Core Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B partner/channel, sales, or a similar role—preferably in a high-growth SaaS or technology environment.
  • Experience in the HR Tech, SaaS, or global employment industry.
  • Familiarity with global partner ecosystems and co-marketing initiatives.
  • Proven experience facilitating both in-person and virtual events and training programs with external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships across all levels of partner organizations—especially sales, marketing, and GTM teams.
  • Deep understanding of partner program structures and channel sales models.
  • Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and presentation abilities.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; confident in being the face of the brand at events.
  • Willingness and ability to travel regularly for onsite partner engagements and conferences.
  • Highly organized with a proactive, hands-on approach to planning and execution.
