Bolt is looking for an Implementation Manager to drive fast, efficient, and delightful on-boarding for new customers. Working in partnership with customer success, integrations, and sales teams, you’ll own the strategic on-boarding process including: managing timelines, projects, stakeholder alignment, and expectation setting across internal and external teams.
Ideal candidates have the ability to understand the technical complexity, a keen sense for managing people, and a great ability to get stuff done. Deep curiosity and the ability to go above and beyond to tackle big problems are key!
What You Will Be Doing:
- Get deeply familiar with Bolt’s platform and product offering
- Understand and articulate to customers how they will integrate into Bolt Products.
- Manage the largest and most critical customer on-boarding projects
- Identify and tackle blockers to getting customers live quickly
- Communicate and align with internal and external stakeholders
- Design methods for repeatable project on-boardings that focus on speed and quality
- Help build internal integration and services ability with our plugin and API driven solutions
- Provide customers with advice on Bolt products configurations, implementation and design.
- Document process changes for customers’ accounting and customer service teams
What Would Set You Up For Success:
- 5+ years of technical project management in onboarding/Implementation or Customer Success roles.
- Proven ability to quickly learn new technologies, understand complex systems (APIs, databases, SDK’s, etc.), and desire to improve technical acumen
- Excellent communication skills; comfortable leading meetings with high level decision makers as high as C-level executives.
- Ability to identify and clearly communicate pragmatic solutions to complex integration problems
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and make decisions on how to move forward by pulling in the right people.
- Ideal candidates have either strong academic credentials or experience at a top employer.
- PMP Certification is a plus
- Experience working with e-commerce platforms (Salesforce, Magento, BigCommerce) is a plus
Estimated cash compensation for this role is $110,000-$120,000 USD, plus equity depending on experience.
