We are seeking an experienced and action-oriented Analyst, Deal Strategy to join our high-powered Deal Enablement team. Reporting to the Director of Deal Strategy, the individual will be a foundational resource in supporting our Sales team structure, price and negotiate deals while driving ad hoc analyses in a variety of commercial areas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analytics, strategic framework creation and maintenance, and process improvement. This position will collaborate with stakeholders across the entire organization and play a key role in driving important GTM strategies.
What You’ll Accomplish
- Assist Account Executives and Account Directors/Managers with non–standard deal structure and pricing guidance
- Work with management to improve existing deal structure and pricing processes
- Act as a trusted partner and collaborate with sales, finance, and legal leadership
- Coordinate, design, and deliver training materials and content for internal team members and stakeholders
- Work with Revenue Enablement to lead operational trainings for the field organization
- Maintain a library of best practices and internal process documentation (Deal Playbook & Internal Deal Guidance)
- Conduct analyses and create reports and dashboards for management
- Implement continuous improvements to the Deal Enablement team and revenue organization
- Present formal and informal presentations to key sales and finance stakeholders

Your Expertise
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years of experience working in Deal Desk, Finance, and/or Sales Operations at high-velocity startups and/or mid-to-large scale global companies
- Strong analytical skills and able to work within Excel/Google sheets at an intermediate to advanced level
- Baseline knowledge of ASC 606 and financial SOX compliance
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
- Executive presence with the ability to drive improvements without minimal oversight
- Familiarity and intermediate aptitude with MS Office / GSuite (Powerpoint/Slides, Word/Docs)
- Very strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally across departments and juggle multiple priorities

– The US base salary range for this full-time position is $73,000 -$105,000 annually + equity + benefits
– Equity is a substantial part of the total compensation package
– Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location
