The DoorDash Global Rewards team manages global compensation and benefits programs. Our work impacts each and every employee through the programs we administer and has an important role to play in driving business results by ensuring our employee value proposition is competitive, relevant and financially sustainable.
About the Role
In this position, you will play a key role in helping us scale, support and improve our global benefits and time off programs by supporting all of our global projects. You will report into the Director, Benefits on our Global Rewards team in our People organization.

- Manage escalation of benefit and leaves of absence issues
- Support the administration of benefit plans through working with vendors as well as internal partners to ensure the effective delivery of benefits to employees
- Manage communications and calendaring of benefits activities and launches
- Support audit and compliance activities across benefit and leave programs
- Manage vendor file feed audits and resolve feed errors
- Support compliance with all applicable laws and regulations across jurisdictions globally
- Assist in the selection of vendors and build business cases to support various levels of outsourced administration and reliance
- Support benefits budget, including creation of purchase orders, payment of invoices and tracking expenses
- Stay up to date with applicable employment-related federal and state statutory requirements regarding employee benefits
- Leverage AI and automation to scale and develop benefits processes
- Recommend process changes that can improve the delivery of benefit programs to employees
We’re excited about you because…
- You have experience working with benefit programs on a global scale in a rapidly changing in environment
- You are a resourceful subject matter expert in multiple areas of benefits administration and compliance and can effectively communicate this expertise with stakeholders
- You have experience giving presentations and explaining HR related concepts to mid to large size groups
- You understand fast growing technology businesses and will use that experience to build out effective benefit programs for employees
- You have experience with Workday and understand the nuance and challenges of administering and implementing benefit programs with reliable data
- You have experience in using data and analysis to address challenges and help us continuously improve
- You have at least 2 years of experience in the administration of benefit programs

Compensation
Actual compensation within the pay range listed below will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. Base salary is localized according to employee work location.

See below for paid time off details:
- For salaried roles: flexible paid time off/vacation, plus 80 hours of paid sick time per year.
- For hourly roles: vacation accrued at about 1 hour for every 25.97 hours worked (e.g. about 6.7 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 3.4 hours/month if working 20 hours/week), and paid sick time accrued at 1 hour for every 30 hours worked (e.g. about 5.8 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 2.9 hours/month if working 20 hours/week).
The national base pay range for this position within the United States, including Illinois and Colorado.
$68,500 – $115,000 USD
