Guild is hiring an IT Operations Engineer. As an IT Operations Engineer, you’ll be a member of the IT Operations team which manages IT infrastructure, automation, and internal technology at Guild. You will assist the team with maintaining endpoint management systems, identity and access management systems, corporate networks, SaaS platforms, and engineering technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, business operations and other Guild teams to evaluate requirements, plan, test, and release company-wide technical solutions
- Manage Okta-based identity solutions, integrating them seamlessly with existing systems while using workflows for security, scalability, and user experience.
- Utilize Jamf Pro and Microsoft Endpoint Manager for comprehensive endpoint management, ensuring robust policy enforcement, patch management and software deployment to devices.
- Manage our core communication and productivity suite of apps including Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom
- Ownership of critical IT platforms
- Actively engage in agile sessions including sprints, standups, planning, and retros.
- Develop and maintain operational documentation of workflows and policies
- Guide and mentor analysts and associates, fostering growth and collaborative learning.
Experience:
- At least 3 years of experience as a site or account-level administrator for enterprise macOS endpoints in Jamf Pro
- At least 2 years of Admin experience in Google Workspace
- Expertise with cloud identity provider (IdP) identity management, specifically Okta
- Proficient in scripting, API tools, and other IT automation workflows
We are committed to equal pay for equal work and believe in compensation transparency. All salary ranges are standardized nationwide and will not vary by region. This role offers a competitive total compensation package, including a base salary of $123,600 – $133,200, and stock options. Compensation offered will be based on a combination of factors such as experience, competencies, and internal equity.
