We are seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join our business recruiting team. You’ll provide essential scheduling and administrative support for our high-growth teams, providing a best-in-class candidate experience. You’ll impact projects, spearhead process improvements, assist with sourcing, and get exposure to full-cycle recruiting.

Responsibilities
- Own the entire candidate journey providing all candidates with a first-class, positive experience starting from the initial contact all the way until they become part of the team
- Ensure candidates feel supported, knowledgeable, and excited to go through our process
- Manage candidates end-to-end through Greenhouse, making sure each is moving through in a timely manner
- Become a power user of Greenhouse to drive efficiencies in the recruiting process
- Build a solid understanding of our teams and forge strong relationships with those team members and hiring managers
- Drive accountability with internal teams to ensure a smooth, enjoyable experience for candidates
- Regularly analyze and report on our recruiting pipeline to hiring managers and periodically to the entire company
- Create new requisitions in Greenhouse
- Find ways to automate and improve manual processes
- Assist recruiters with sourcing activities
- Conduct reference checks for late stage candidates
Requirements
- 1+ year of recruiting experience
- 1+ year of experience using Greenhouse ATS
- Incredibly organized and conscientious, with a strong track record of execution and follow-through
- Passion for providing best-in-class candidate experiences
- Stellar attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Quick learner, with the ability to pattern-match and improve on ideas
- Demonstrated integrity, maturity, professionalism, and sensitivity
