We’re seeking a HR Coordinator to manage day-to-day execution of our Human Resource Operations. The HR Coordinator will be responsible for managing data integrity and acting as a liaison between our employees and the HR team ensuring our employees have a seamless experience. The ideal candidate must be incredibly well organized, have a strong sense of prioritization, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.     • Interpret standard policy in order to respond to employees questions and serve as liaison to employees, escalating inquiries requiring technical support or interpretation to the appropriate member of the HR team or third party vendor
    • Respond to employee and manager inquiries regarding benefits, policies, employee data, HR systems, etc. on JIRA ticketing system
    • Process, onboard and support new employees through Workday
    • Process termination transactions in Workday and assist with employee offboarding communications
    • Responsible for integrity and accuracy of HR data and transactions (data entry of job changes, org management, reporting, and salary changes, etc)
    • Responsible for ensuring complete and accurate employee files
    • Partner closely with the HR Ops Specialists, Workday Lead, Benefits Lead, HR Business Partners and Payroll to ensure a seamless employee experience with HR
    • Support Talent and Organization in other HR related duties, events and tasks as needed
    • Monitor new-employee background checks and assist with employee I-9 verifications


    • 1-2+ years direct experience in HR operations or generalist role
    • Baseline understanding of I9 and labor law requirements
    • Direct experience with Workday and Jira highly preferred
    • Growth mindset and ability to embrace change with a great attitude and build structure from ambiguity
    • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Outstanding communication skills, both written and oral
    • Customer-centric attitude and eagerness to delight and support your new employee community
    • Strong problem-solving skills, demonstrate initiative, follow-through, creativity, and flexibility
    • Professional maturity to maintain strict confidentiality
    • Ability to balance multiple priorities and work under established timelines
    • Proficient with Mac or PC and Google Office Applications (Excel or Google Sheets)
