Job Summary The ideal candidate will be seeking a part-time position in a fast-paced business environment. The selected individual will be charged with the growth and expansion of our national agent footprint through a telephone recruiting campaign. The selected candidate will be responsible for the recruiting of new Medicare, Health & Life insurance agents. Job Description Responsibilities and Qualifications: Recruit agents via phone to either get contracted or move their existing contract to our firm Cold calling skills and ability to have pinpointed follow-up skills are key Ability to build value quickly and set appointments for further conversations with MCC sales staff Achieve benchmark goals/quotas Self-motivated and energetic Effectively communicate and make best use of interpersonal skills Must have excellent verbal communication skills Highly productive while unsupervised Work collaboratively and efficiently as a team member Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word & Outlook, and Google Sheets Preference given to candidates with Medicare & Health Insurance industry experience About Us Since 1971, AmeriLife has served the needs of its clients.
