We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Operations Manager to support the Product team as part of the Global Product and Technology Organization (GPTO) in driving operational excellence, efficiency, and scalability. This role involves optimizing workflows, managing cross-functional processes, ensuring the timely delivery of product initiatives, and preparing key materials for leadership reviews. The Operations Manager will also play a pivotal role in facilitating product roadmap management, aligning teams with strategic goals, and supporting the execution of long-term plans.

Your Impact 

Roadmap Management:

  • Partner with Product Managers and stakeholders to facilitate creation, maintenance, and communication of product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with company goals and priorities.
  • Coordinate processes to monitor progress against roadmaps, track dependencies, and flag potential risks to delivery.
  • Facilitate roadmap reviews with leadership and stakeholders, collating content from various stakeholders and providing insights.

Leadership Review Preparation:

  • Develop and deliver professional, data-driven content and reports for leadership reviews, ensuring all materials are accurate, well-structured, and delivered on time.
  • Consolidate inputs from cross-functional teams to present clear updates on roadmap progress, KPIs, and risks.

Process Optimization:

  • Design, implement, and refine operational processes to enhance the efficiency of product development and delivery.

Project Management:

  • Oversee cross-functional initiatives, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of product team commitments.

Data Analysis:

  • Monitor and report on key metrics tied to business performance and delivery, identifying areas for improvement.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Act as the liaison between Product and other teams (e.g., Engineering, Marketing, Sales), ensuring clear communication of priorities and updates.

Risk Management:

  • Identify and mitigate risks that could impact execution or operational efficiency of Product teams.

Documentation:

  • Maintain and update operational and roadmap documentation, including workflows, guidelines, and delivery schedules.

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Operations, or a related field
  • Experience in operations, program management, or a similar role, ideally within a product-driven organization.
  • Experience in technology industry
  • Expertise in roadmap management, leadership reporting, and product lifecycle processes.
  • Strong project management skills with a proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, Lucidchart, and presentation tools (e.g. PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement, problem-solving, and driving results.
