The Product Operations Analyst plays a critical role in enhancing product performance and customer satisfaction. This position is responsible for facilitating the voice of the customer by triaging feedback and leveraging insights to inform and drive product strategy. The analyst will also focus on tool enablement to optimize workflows, ensuring that teams have the resources they need for efficiency. Additionally, the role involves building and implementing new processes across the organization to streamline operations and enhance overall product delivery. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with strong analytical skills and a passion for driving continuous improvement in product operations.

What you’ll do:
- Triage customer feedback to inform product strategy and enhancements.
- Enable and optimize tools and resources to improve team efficiency.
- Develop and implement standardized processes across the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve operational challenges.
- Monitor key performance metrics to drive data-driven decisions and improvements.
Experience you’ll bring:
- A strong understanding of process improvement
- 2+ years of prior experience working in a product organization
- Analytical background preferred
Requirements:
- Experience leading challenging org wide initiatives that require a high degree of critical thinking
- Strong ability to navigate ambiguity
- Experience with critiquing, improving, and implementing complex processes
- Requires a minimum of 2 years of related or equivalent experience; or 1+ years with an advanced degree.
Travel Requirements:
While Pluralsight operates under a remote and hybrid work model, we believe that in-person connection and collaboration are important. Recurring travel to our HQ in Utah may be required depending on the role and team member location.
