  • Ensure changes are communicated effectively and transparently to all stakeholders, fostering buy-in and alignment.
  • Monitor progress and address any challenges during implementation.

  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure process effectiveness.
  • Regularly assess process performance, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
  • Conduct audits to ensure adherence to established procedures.

Risk Management and Mitigation:

  • Identify potential risks related to SDLC processes and propose risk mitigation strategies.
  • Oversee and coordinate problem management for CAPAs and high profile, customer-facing technical issues, as needed.
  • Collaborate with scrum masters, project managers and stakeholders to minimize risks.
  • Write/edit procedure manuals, SOPs, and work instructions for Product & Technology

Training, Coaching, and Continuous Learning:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in Agile and IT process management, and incorporate relevant knowledge into team engagements.
  • Champion Agile, SDLC, ITIL, and other industry best practices within the organization.

Facilitate & Support Cross-Team Agile Activities

  • Coordinate with product management, software development, software test and quality teams to ensure quality, on time releases of Medrio products; including facilitation Scrum of Scrums, system demos, or other cross-team activities.
  • Track and drive the resolution of issues, collaborating with other team members to remove roadblocks to ensure the timely completion of projects.

  • Ability to collaborate well with others across the Product & Tech division, and demonstrate a positive, constructive focus on what’s possible to achieve, rather than what’s not possible.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess complex situations, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience in change management, including facilitating workshops, training sessions, and managing resistance to change.

Education and Years of Experience:
