    Interra Networks Limited – Enugu-North, Enugu.
     Setup the Network system and architecture for Enugu’s Emergency Friendship Center 117 using Elastix as Call Solution that synchronizes with a Customer Relationship Management software (CRMs) .
     Restructured and reconfigured Enugu Emergency Call Center 112 for Nigeria Communication Commission, initially used 3CX as VOIP PBX ,then upgraded to using Call-Taker Solution with an embedded CRM solution.
     Setup a Network system of Outbound/Inbound calls for Farmers Helpline Call Center at Ibadan, Benin, Abia, Zaria and Maiduguri using Aheeva Contact Center Solution as VOIP PBX and web server for calls based on Asterisk.
     Setup a call center of 45 agents for PDP Atiku’s pre-election presidential campaign using a Broad band Network to rout calls on Aheeva VOIP PBX to make Outbound/Inbound calls to PDP Campaign Officers.
     Retained existing clients and developed 200 new accounts by extending high quality and efficient support service for Enugu Emergency Call Center(ECC).
     Acquired and maintained advanced knowledge of network protocols and VOIP PBX Call-Taker solutions
     Configured hardware, devices and software to setup workstations for employees.
