In my most recent position at L`Oreal, as Regional Sales & Education Executive, I was responsible for major accounts as Duty-Free, DFA, DFS, Motta, and London Supply across North and South America, where my role involved both commercial strategy, account management, and operations support.

Responsible for achieving business results and ensuring superior customer service
Sales Operations; Grow and maximize retail sales.
Recruit, develop, motivate, evaluate, coach & train in-store dedicated beauty advisors.
Develop tools & educational material tailor per region, catalogue and audience
