    –  Reviews all mortgage applications, findings, and supporting documents to ensure all necessary information is included for approval and final approval.
    –  Uses compliance monitoring to underwrite the loan in the allotted timeframe, and close and sell with investors.
    –  Research the applicant’s employment and financial history to help determine the accuracy of the application and documents.
    –  Drives and takes ownership of files.
