What you’ll do:
- Website development and maintenance, and CMS content publication: Design, build, and maintain high-quality, responsive websites using the Webflow platform. Ensure that all websites are optimized for performance and are SEO-friendly.
- Visual design implementation: Apply principles of visual hierarchy, color theory, typography, and layout composition to create aesthetically pleasing and user-centric designs. Implement these elements using Webflow’s visual interface without extensive coding.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with marketing, design, and operations teams to translate business and marketing objectives into digital solutions that drive engagement and conversions.
- Customization and integration: Utilize Webflow’s capabilities to integrate custom code where necessary to enhance functionality and meet specific project requirements. This includes setting up CMS, integrating third-party APIs, and ensuring cross-browser and device compatibility.
- Quality assurance and documentation: Conduct thorough testing to ensure websites function correctly across all platforms and devices. Maintain documentation of code, processes, and user interactions to support continuous improvement and scalability.
- Training and support: Provide ongoing support and technical troubleshooting for website issues. Train other team members on Webflow functionalities to enhance team skills and website management efficiency.
What you’ll bring:
- 2-4 years of experience in Webflow development.
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to enhance Webflow capabilities.
- Strong understanding of design principles and user experience standards.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a knack for detail-oriented and creative solutions.
