Reporting to the SVP Marketing, you’ll be responsible for ensuring 6sense has differentiated, inspiring and understandable platform positioning. You will be a key executive in 6sense’s future growth, ensuring 6sense is at the center of the revtech revolution by winning the hearts and minds of customers, prospects, analysts, and influencers. We rapidly innovate through product development, partnerships and acquisitions. You will ensure market understanding and appreciation of our platform innovation as well as support customer adoption.

You will lead a team of top-notch product marketing professionals by bringing experience, frameworks, structure, templates, and a proven track record of excellent product marketing. You and your team will work cross-functionally with key stakeholders including product development, customer success, sales, sales enablement, solution engineering, and marketing. Our platform is the center of our go to market engine and critical to our success. You will ensure we adopt and push the envelope of all things possible using our own data and platform.

Responsibilities 

  • End-to-end ownership of product marketing (both strategic vision and tactical execution) for 6sense’s rapidly growing offerings, including defining the vision and strategy of the Product Marketing team.  
  • Drive the strategy for how 6sense’s product supports and engages key buyer personas in Marketing, Sales, and Operations by crafting compelling, tailored narratives that communicate our unique value proposition.  
  • Develop category advancing thought leadership 
  • Understand market trends, customer requirements, usage and buying behavior to better identify market opportunities and customer demand for 6sense’s product offerings. 
  • Develop and activate 6sense’s core use case messaging and positioning 
  • Provide input and strategy into product roadmap, strategy, and pricing based on market and customer research finding, industry analyst interactions and competitive findings. 
  • Define team’s strategy, budget, hiring and goals to build and measure team results. 
  • Provide input about product priorities and goals to Product Management. 
  • Use customer and competitive research to influence product strategy and drive effective messaging. 
  • Develop and own product positioning, messaging and value propositions that differentiate 6sense solutions in the marketplace. 
  • Drive product launch process in collaboration with Business Technology and Product Management teams 
  • Support the team in setting clear goals and key results. Ensure that those are communicated and visible across the company and progress is shared regularly. 
  • Be a key part of shaping the future of the RevTech space and how 6sense Revenue AI is helping Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams achieve predictable revenue growth. 

Qualifications

    • 15 years operating in a high growth B2B SaaS environment. RevTech / MarTech experience is a plus 
    • Seasoned people leader having managed a team of 20+, with a developed sense of what drives strong team alignment and culture 
    • Proven track record for innovating and operating product marketing teams 
    • Strong collaborator and cross functional leader 
    • Presence & communication – internally and externally 

Base Salary Range: $206,250 to $316,250.
