Responsibilities: 

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts to attract, screen, and onboard physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech-language pathologists.
  • Proactively contact and recruit prospective therapists to establish relationships, understand their needs and qualify them for job opportunities
  • Educate prospective therapists on the personal and professional benefits of a travel healthcare career
  • Generate leads through various recruiting channels, strategic planning and referrals
  • Strive for continuous improvement and career advancement
  • Strong motivation to achieve results and meet recruiting goals
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment and maintain a sense of urgency
  • Candidate-centered mentality and passion for customer service

Required Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of one year, preferably 2+ years, of proven success in a metrics driven sales or staffing environment
  • Obsessed with creating great experiences for healthcare professionals
  • Outside the box thinkers
  • Career oriented with a desire for advancement
  • Enthusiastic about being part of an recruiting organization that recognizes your talent

Compensation: Aya reasonably anticipates the pay scale for this position to be $60,000 starting annually, plus commissions.
