ActiveCampaign Study Halls are in-person educational workshops tailored to teaching all about email marketing, marketing & sales automation, and more, and we need a stellar Training Specialist to present them.
It’s the perfect blend of traveling all over the US, meeting with and educating ActiveCampaign prospects and customers, and best of all, having a direct impact on the ActiveCampaign brand and customer base. You will be the face of Study Halls for ActiveCampaign and joining a team that develops all types of content, from blog posts and on-demand educational content to email communications, landing pages, and much more.

What your day could consist of:

  • Travel around the US and present in-person training workshops
  • Deliver group and individual instruction and training, altering your methods based on the needs of each particular group
  • Facilitate a holistic learning experience both before and after the in-person session
  • Solicit testimonials from attendees for sharing on both internal and external channels
  • Help develop the presented content with the larger Content Team as we iterate based on attendee feedback, product features and updates, etc.
  • Coordinate or perform administrative functions as necessary to conduct the workshops (especially on-site)
  • Enable other presenters on training material (potentially in-person or virtually, depending on presenter location)

What is needed:

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical training capacity required
  • In-person training and presentation experience preferred
  • Experience working in SaaS, with a deep understanding of the SaaS buyer journeys and personas (especially at small to mid-sized companies)
  • Desire to travel up to 75% of the time, hosting 3-4 sessions a week in different cities all over the US
  • Ability to extend your expertise in marketing & sales—especially customer experience and automation—to deep, comprehensive knowledge of the ActiveCampaign platform
  • Compelling in-person presentation & teaching skills in both an individual and group setting
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills both with prospects and customers as well as the wider ActiveCampaign organization
  • Aptitude to identify and select different instructional methods to work effectively with all types of learners
  • Self-starter with excellent organizational skills who can drive projects from start to finish
  • Ability to design, develop, implement, and evaluate training plans, curricula, and methodology
