As a Training Content Creator on the Enablement team at Rula, you will deliver innovative, cost-effective learning resources and programming to fuel long-term success and continued improvement of frontline teams. In the role, you will leverage learning and media technologies to develop high-impact training and knowledge resources, from knowledge base content to online training delivered via LMS. This requires both a proactive approach to project management and the ability to distill complex product updates into clear, written documentation for diverse audiences. By leveraging your strong communication and time management skills, you will also build relationships and frequently drive collaboration with stakeholders, using an “us against the problem” mentality to deliver a high volume of quality work.

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience creating training content for organizational learning
  • Experience applying adult learning and instructional design principles
  • Experience supporting product or service launches, preferably within a tech startup or dynamic environment
  • Experience authoring and managing help center or internal knowledge base content
  • Experience using Camtasia or similar video editing software
  • Experience coordinating multiple projects at once using strong time management skills
  • Experience communicating across multiple channels with a genuine dedication to detailed documentation

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience building online courses and evaluating the learning experience via LMS (Articulate Rise, WorkRamp, etc.)
  • Fluency with learning data to diagnose issues and uncover opportunities for improvement with training content
  • Previous experience working in Healthcare or other regulated industry
  • Experience working with a high-volume support center function
